DSBK - D Superbhike Racing

1. No cash reimbursements
2. Registration closes on Tuesday, 6th Feb, at 11:59 pm.
3. Late registrations will be accepted at an additional cost of 50 AED.
4. Only 75% reimbursement received if cancellations is before Friday, 2nd Feb.
5. Cancellations received after Tuesday, 6th Feb, will receive 50%.
6. Cancellations or “no shows” will not receive a reimbursement on the day.
7. Any cancellation after Friday 9th Feb 11:59pm will be considered as “No show”
8. Bookings will ONLY be approved if and when a completed and signed registration form is received, along with the relevant documents and payment receipt.
9. No refunds will be provided in the event of any weather-related disruptions leading to the pause or cancellation of the event.

1. Riders confirm that they are familiar with riding activities & acknowledge the risks within.
2. Riders declare that they are in good health with eyesight which would be required to pass the RTA road test.
3. Riders declare they are not suffering from any medical condition/disability which can adversely affect their control of the motorcycle or make it unsafe for other participants.
4. Riders accept full responsibility for any decision made participate in the track activity & towards their physical fitness, to continue or discontinue riding at any point during the event.
5. DSBK Racing reserves the right to remove any rider at their sole discretion if that riders actions are deemed dangerous/detrimental to themselves/other riders.
6. Riders accept that the decision to participate at their sole discretion/risk & DSBK racing will not be liable for: damage, injury, death, loss or any other claims against the event. This includes any situation caused by other riders on the track.

1. No water or oil leaks from anywhere
2. Steering head bearings to have no play
3. Tires need to have a minimum of 1mm tread depth from the tread wear indicator and in general all round good condition (no cracks in tread)
4. Brake pads need to be a minimum of 1,5mm thick
5. Brake lever not to be spongy (not able to reach within 10mm of handlebar grip when squeezed firmly)
6. Accelerator (if cable) not to be hindered when handlebars are moved from side to side
7. Not limited to, but for example, no loose: exhaust silencers, foot pegs or bodywork

9. Participants must have relevant Motorsport approved medical insurance for specific event date.
10. No Refunds will be provided in the event of any weather-related disruptions leading to the pause or cancellation of the event.
11. Refer detailed Technical and Sporting Regulation before signing and confirming race registration.

1. I hearby, give permission to DSBK to take photographs and/or video content of my event participation. I grant full rights to use the images/videos and any of its reproductions or adaptions for future promotion and publicity purposes by DSBK and in association with DSBK.
