• No cash reimbursements
• Registration closes 3 days (72 hours) prior to the trackday
• Late registrations will be accepted at an additional cost of 50 AED.
• Only 75% reimbursement received if cancellations is before 3 days (72 hours).
• Cancellations received before 2 days (48hrs) will receive 50%.
• Cancellations or “no shows” will not receive a reimbursement on the day.
• Any cancellation before 24hrs will be considered as “No show”
• Bookings will ONLY be approved if and when a completed and signed registration form is received, along with the relevant documents and payment receipt.
• No refunds will be provided in the event of any weather-related disruptions leading to the pause or cancellation of the event.

• Riders confirm that they are familiar with riding activities & acknowledge the risks within.
• Riders declare that they are in good health with eyesight which would be required to pass the RTA road test.
• Riders declare they are not suffering from any medical condition/disability which can adversely affect their control of the motorcycle or make it unsafe for other participants.
• Riders accept full responsibility for any decision made participate in the track activity & towards their physical fitness, to continue or discontinue riding at any point during the event.
• DSBK Racing reserves the right to remove any rider at their sole discretion if that riders actions are deemed dangerous/detrimental to themselves/other riders.
• Riders accept that the decision to participate at their sole discretion/risk & DSBK racing will not be liable for: damage, injury, death, loss or any other claims against the event. This includes any situation caused by other riders on the track.

Insurance Requirement: Participants must have Motorsport-approved medical insurance for the specific event date.

• Full face helmet (if possible, not modular)
• 1 OR 2-piece leathers (if 2-piece, must zip together)
• Full finger leather gloves that cover the wrist area (gauntlet type)
• Riding boots that cover ankle area (solid in construction)
• Do not attempt to ride without knee sliders OR badly worn ones
• Chest & back protectors are optional
• Full riding gear rental options available at 500 AED

• No water or oil leaks from anywhere
• Steering head bearings to have no play
• Tires need to have a minimum of 1mm tread depth from the tread wear indicator and in general all round good condition (no cracks in tread)
• Brake pads need to be a minimum of 1,5mm thick
• Brake lever not to be spongy (not able to reach within 10mm of handlebar grip when squeezed firmly)
•  Accelerator (if cable) not to be hindered when handlebars are moved from side to side
• Not limited to, but for example, no loose: exhaust silencers, foot pegs or bodywork
• on track rules will be explained at the brefing room by steward / instructor
